d-stellar is an LGBT+ cookie shop and café inside Pabellón Nuevo León in Hipódromo Condesa. The project describes itself as LGBTQ+ friendly and a trans safe space, combining signature cookies, drinks, focaccias, a monthly rotating menu and community events.
In a CDMX Secreta reel, Eduardo and Hernán are presented as the founders and explain why they wanted to build a visible, safe place. The tour shows the Pride flag at the entrance, the interior and some of the shop’s special collections. That community dimension also appears in its programming, with viewing parties, collaborations and gatherings in an intentionally intimate venue.
Food is part of the storytelling too. In June 2026, the Glow with Pride collection used five cookies to explore memory, resistance and figures connected to LGBTQ+ history and culture. The menu rotates monthly, so flavors and prices can change; to find the shop, enter Pabellón Nuevo León and walk down the passage until you see the d-stellar sign.
